The United States – Northern Ireland Mentorship Program aims to develop the future business leaders and entrepreneurs of Northern Ireland. The program is designed to improve the essential business, management, and leadership skills of participants, skills that are crucial to the growth of the economy of Northern Ireland. Each year qualified candidates will be selected to work at leading American companies gaining valuable experience in a corporate environment while expanding their professional networks.
